PREAMBLE

This agreement sets out the terms of membership, use of services, and rules regarding the protection of personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
By joining the group, the member acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these terms.

ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE

The group aims to connect single people in a serious and respectful setting, with a view to finding a lasting relationship.

ARTICLE 2: MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

Members must be single, provide truthful information, and abide by the group’s rules. The administration reserves the right to refuse or withdraw membership.

ARTICLE 3: PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information is collected solely to facilitate interactions between members. It is neither sold nor shared with third parties, in accordance with PIPEDA.

ARTICLE 4: RESPECT FOR PRIVACY

It is strictly forbidden to share, distribute, or use members’ photos or information outside the group. Any violation will result in immediate sanctions.

ARTICLE 5: USE OF CONTENT

The shared content is reserved exclusively for the internal use of the group and for networking.

ARTICLE 6: PROHIBITIONS

Fake profiles, disrespectful behavior, financial exploitation, external advertising and sharing of external content are strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 7: LIABILITY

Each member is responsible for their actions and must report any suspicious behavior to the administrators.

ARTICLE 8: SANCTIONS

Disciplinary measures may include warnings, suspensions, and exclusions.

ARTICLE 9: AMENDMENT

This contract may be modified at any time by the administration.

ARTICLE 10: ACCEPTANCE

Membership constitutes full acceptance of this agreement. The administrator accepts no responsibility for those who violate the aforementioned measures.
